29 modern flats at a prominent urban location in Cambuslang. All of the flats have two bedrooms and en-suite shower rooms, and the majority have a private balcony. The two ground floor flats were designed to be wheelchair-accessible, and have their own private gardens.
Construction is steel framed to the underside of a first floor concrete transfer deck, which in turn supports three storey timber framed construction. The upper level access walkways have galvanised steel framing which was able to remain exposed through a fire-engineered solution, reducing capital and maintenance costs.
To meet the tight procurement programme Stage Building Warrants were obtained.
