Trident House

Our clients for this project were looking to maximise the potential of their site which is a distinct and prominent 1960s modern building on the architectural landscape along M8.

Our proposal was to introduce to the site a mixed-use development consisting of a new-build hotel, an extension to the existing office building, and a new car park building across the site to target the international and conference market, given the site's proximity to Glasgow Airport and the M8.
