483 m2

The property has been in office use for decades prior to our clients, Barclay Scott, purchasing the property with a view to convert the property back to residential use and create 2 no. exclusive homes.

The project was completed at the end of 2024 and the conversion consists of a three-bedroom duplex overt the lower ground and ground floor levels and a four-bedroom triplex formed over the upper levels of the original property.

Working closely with planning and Historic Environment Scotland, consent was successfully obtained for intelligent conversion of original spaces in a manner that respect the building’s heritage while creating homes that reflect contemporary lifestyle.
