Throughout this project, NVDC Architects liaised closely with both the Franchiser and Franchisee whilst collaborating with Pepe’s interior design team to create the internal layout and achieve Building Warrant. The 180m2 unit comprises a 50-cover front-of-house dining space featuring a mix of booth style and loose seating with a spacious service counter and back-of-house facilities to the rear.
