NVDC Architect's design reconfigures the ground floor layout to open up a direct route from the entrance hall through to the rear of the house where the new extension and the reconfigured layout to the rear create a dynamic open family space with views over the garden.

The new extension allows the relocation of the family spaces to the rear freeing up space to create a new bedroom and cloakroom at the front of the house.

The geometry of the new extension is a natural response to the shape of the rear garden space as well as an attempt at capturing and framing the best views from the house.
