The new shopfront has been designed to be transparent and inviting alleviating any sense of anxiety from the visitors. The generous entrance space is modeled around the idea of a small hotel lobby where people feel comfortable lounging around and their overall experience of waiting for their appointment is enhanced.
Glass partitioning to the surgeries has been used to break down visual barriers and any fear of the unexpected and unknown, promoting a sense of calmness.
The new practice consists of 5 surgeries, DDA compliant reception and waiting area, a decontamination suite, an OPG x-ray, TCO, and staff facilities.
