Beechwood Drive

The site for this project is essentially the side of a steep hill, with the existing house occupying the only level area at the top of the hill. We felt the best option was to sink the new-build down into the hillside, leaving the views from the existing house unaffected. We managed to squeeze a generously proportioned 3 bedroom detached house and garage onto the site, with expansive views to the south and an elevated private terrace to the rear of the property.
